CESSATION OF CHECK-IN & VACCINATION STATUS CHECK
From Thursday 14th April, entry to club events will be as it was before the
COVID-19 pandemic. This means that you will not be required to check in or
confirm your COVID-19 vaccination status. For entry to club events, you will
only need to write and sign you name as has been our long-term practice.
Our next club Social is Saturday 7th May. We look forward to seeing you there to enjoy the entertainment.
In making this change, our club is following the latest advice from the Queensland Government -
“From 1am AEST Thursday 14 April 2022, the requirement to check-in and to be
fully vaccinated in a range of venues and events will end. Venues include pubs, clubs,
cafes and restaurants; theme parks, casinos and cinemas; weddings; showgrounds;
and galleries, libraries, museums and stadiums.”

We believe it is prudent to continue the high level of hygiene that we have
been following during the pandemic. The use of face masks is not a
requirement.

REGISTRATION FOR CLUB EVENTS
While registering for Monthly Socials via our web site is not essential, we
ask that you continue to use the registration process for our Socials. This assists us with catering and chair lay-out. The link to our website is ...

There is no need to register for attendance at club practice nights.
