Notice to Members of the 2026 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the RMCMC Constitution, I advise that the 2026 Annual General
Meeting (AGM) of the Redlands Modern Country Music Club Incorporated will be held at the Clubhouse, Pinklands Reserve, Thornlands on Tuesday 11 August 2026 commencing at 7:30pm.

We invite financial Members to attend. The Club’s audited accounts for the year ending 31st May 2026 will be presented and elections for the 2026-27 Committee will be held. In addition, other Club Office Bearers will be appointed at the meeting.

If you wish to nominate a person or persons to fill one or more Committee positions,

  • enter your name and the names of your nominee(s) and seconder(s) on the official nomination form provided, have all parties sign that nomination form and then
  • lodge the completed form personally with the Secretary, Kevin Brown, via email to secretaryrmcmc@gmail.com or deposit the form in the secure lodgement box at the Clubhouse.
  • You may also nominate Members for positions using an email chain that names the position and includes you, a seconder and the nominee. The email chain can be forwarded to the RMCMC Secretary secretaryrmcmc@gmail.com.
  • All persons named on the form or the email chain must be financial Members of the Club.

Nomination Forms are emailed to all financial members. You can access additional Nomination Forms by one of the following methods:

  • download from the Club’s webpage (use button above); or
  • collect at the Clubhouse; or
  • email the secretary secretaryrmcmc@gmail.com and it will be emailed to you.

Please note that only completed and signed forms and completed email chains can be accepted as valid nominations.

Nominations close at midnight on Tuesday 28 July 2026 (in accordance with Section 19 of the Club’s Constitution). A Notice of validly nominated candidates will be posted on or before Tuesday 4 August 2026 via:
